McDonald's — Restaurant in Dubai

Small, not clean and noisy. Kids who cant's behave and their parents who just ignore their terrible, unacceptable behavior.. Staff who just ignores such behavior.. It's ridiculous..

I was sitting in headphones with maximum volume and still I heard their scream, the last stage was when they started to shoot me with big bricks of ice!!

I didn't understand at first what's happened.. I was in headphones.. I thought smth fall down on me.

I found 5 or more big cubes of ice around my table and even one of the boys complained to the staff that another boy is throwing food and ice around.. Again ignorance! Those boys were about 11 years old!

I informed the staff and they told me that family comes every day and they behave like that and they can't do anything about that.. Wow!

Then I'll never come to your place again and never recommend it. Continue respect your regular disrespectful customers! That's level of your customers!

Given awfully bad ketchup. After tasting it I had a doubt and checked the packet and saw that it’s near to expiry. Only one week to expire. Terrible experience in a McD. McD was always my go to destination in between meetings. But this is a wake up call in the quality of food they serve. Maybe it’s just this outlet. I wish if the quality team take a notice of this or their main branch take a notice of this and do fix things. This is supposed to be fast food. This was the slowest service ever.

Machines are not working. Attending staff not willing to process my order at the till and appeared busy with anything except dealing with customers.

I don't know why!

When the manager finally came, he told me cash only. Guess what, I had no cash.

Seems like a higher power did not want me to purchase whatever was in that kitchen.

When you're in a rush in the morning, the last thing you need is slow service at a fast food joint.
