Starbucks — Restaurant in Dubai

Best customer service ever!!! We ordered a Cold Foam Iced Cappuccino but we were confused if it could be made with soy milk. We are allergic to dairy and really wanted to try this drink. We called up the branch and Mr Sudash attended the call and he explained that usually it is made with skimmed milk so as to get the foam properly and he said he would try his best and make the drink with soy milk. He was so kind and patient to answer all our questions and when the drink came, it was one of the best drinks we have ever had from Starbucks. Kudos for employing such amazing staff like Mr Sudash who understands the customer requests and tries his best to deliver what the customer needs. He was very honest while explaining that it is not usually made with soy milk but still wanted to accommodate our request. I had a fantastic experience at Starbucks, thanks to Sonita and Chaw, who were incredibly accommodating and made my visit extra special. Their friendly service and attention to detail truly stood out.

They recommended the Kunafa-flavored doughnut, and it did not disappoint! The perfect balance of sweetness and crispiness made it an absolute delight, especially when paired with my Americano (medium roast). The rich, smooth coffee complemented the caramelized crunch of the doughnut so well—it’s definitely a must-try!

Located at Dubai Digital Park, its a beautiful location as I live here & a Starbucks lover. The staff are extremely friendly & so welcoming. Specially Jhem, Charles & Tinson.
