I recently had the pleasure of staying at this amazing 5-star hotel, and I cannot praise the staff enough for making my stay truly exceptional. A special mention goes to the reception team, especially Hamza, Afnan, and Ahlem.

Hamza greeted us with a warm, friendly smile and made check-in a seamless process. She was very attentive to our needs and went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable and welcome from the moment we arrived. Afnan was equally impressive, offering insightful recommendations for local attractions and dining, and always making sure our experience was nothing short of perfect. Ahlem was incredibly professional and accommodating, helping us with every little request with patience and genuine care.

Their customer service truly set the tone for an unforgettable stay. The entire team’s attention to detail and commitment to providing top-notch hospitality really exemplifies what a 5-star experience should be. I look forward to returning to this hotel, knowing that such exceptional staff are there to welcome me again!

This hotel has a great location from Silicon Valley!! The place is clean and quiet thanks to Mr Amitt and all his lovely cleaning staff and security guards!! In addition my shout out to the service staff in the restaurant!! Miss Shasmile is very professional and has great attitude towards helping the clients!! Also Mr Manish as the customer greater and viable face is very very professional and his desire to let the hungry lions eat is awesome!! Mr. Benedict and Miss Camilla is a great waiter and he is very ambitious to please me the customer with quick service and positive attitude! I also want to thank all the restaurant staff for being so friendly and attentive to me and all the other patrons! At the front service desk of the hotel Miss Rita is amazing! She always smiles and helps me! There was another lady who helped me get to a mall with her kind advice!! (I am sorry I forget her name 😢). Mr. Hamza is also a true professional!! Mr. Nelson is a great professional as well as he leads my example and I can see he is a true leader in his eyes!! My hardest and best guy Rangit of the top floor pool!! I had a terrible experience at Premier Inn Hotel Dubai Silicon Oasis. When I requested housekeeping at 4 PM, the room was still not cleaned even by 2 AM when I returned. I called reception and asked to change the room, and they initially said yes — but instead of actually moving me, another receptionist called saying they would send someone to clean.

Even after that, room service staff kept coming asking what I needed (water, tea, etc.) but the room still wasn’t cleaned. I again called reception, exhausted, asking to please change my room. They again said yes, but then another staff member came and told me their hotel policy is not to clean the room on the same day of check-in.

Finally, I asked to speak to the manager. Mr. Sankrit came to my room. Instead of apologising or resolving the issue, he responded arrogantly and argued with me. When I asked where this “policy” was stated, his response was we don't have this policy mentioned. When I asked him if you don't have the policy mentioned why are you telling me this is your policy he replied and tells do you see any policy that we give clean room while check in. Wow pathetic manager.

This is completely unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. Not only was my room left dirty all day, but the staff and manager were unhelpful and rude. I would never...
