Dear Tapasake Management,
I wanted to share some feedback regarding our recent brunch experience, which unfortunately did not meet the level of service we expected.
When we first sat down, it took over 20 minutes for our drinks to arrive, despite asking three or four different waiters. The service was noticeably slow throughout the afternoon, likely due to a shortage of waitstaff and bartenders. This created an uncomfortable and frustrating experience for us.
Additionally, one of your waiters accidentally dropped an entire tray of drinks on my husband, completely ruining his clothes. Despite the seriousness of this incident, no one offered a proper apology, nor did we receive any form of compensation or discount for the inconvenience.
Another point of frustration was the delay in serving food. We had two guests arrive late, and the team refused to bring out any food until they arrived. While we understand the policy, this should have been clearly communicated on the website or when we booked the table. The lack of transparency caused unnecessary delays and confusion.
Lastly, this brunch was to celebrate my birthday, and while I was in the bathroom, a piece of cake with an unlit candle was brought to the table. Needless to say, the element of surprise was lost.
While we did enjoy the food and music, the overall experience was greatly diminished by the service issues mentioned. I urge your management team to address these concerns and improve the training and communication with your staff, as these lapses left us quite...
Read moreThe worst experience in Dubai ever! Even in advance, the communication was a disaster. We booked 2 loungers for a Saturday in June. We were there at around 12:45 p.m. and there were exactly 2 parasols for the entire huge pool! We asked for a solution and were told that there would be shade in an hour. There are no more parasols! At 45 degrees in the summer! After 1.5 hours there was still no shade and we decided to leave. It was unbearable! I said that I was willing to pay for one lounger for the day, but definitely not both. One lounger costs AED 300 for the day. They called the manager who insisted on the full amount of AED 600. This is extremely unprofessional and particularly reckless. So you have to lie in the blazing sun in the summer and can't leave the place!
Furthermore, the fitting room in the toilet was dirty and stinky! There is only one fitting room.
The food and drink menu is also a disaster. Extremely poor selection!
The music at the pool was so loud that it was impossible to have a conversation! There was no party or event there. The guests there just wanted to relax.
I would never go back to this unprofessional place with its miserable staff. I have never experienced such bad behavior and...
Read moreThis is the worst experience I had in Dubai. First, the menu doesn't offer choice. I never seen a menu so small. If you come, you need to be really not hungry as there's no much not choice in what to eat. Service is a nightmare. Very very very limited choice for veggies. Even not salad is on the menu (when asking they just propose a spinach leaves) Need to request min 7 times the same thing before it comes. Finally we were so bored to wait we just stand up and go to ask directly to the kitchen. No one to help. We were moving umbrellas by ourselves as no one helps there. And it's not like it was a full day. A lot of empty place but no one to do his job. We came here for rest and chill. We had only stress and hunger. And the best, after all this, when leaving, they made us pay full for everything. We even didn't ask for a discount but this would be the minimum after this lack of service on this day. This place is a shame. Last thing, we almost had a porno show on the beds front of us and none of the employees been able to ask the clients to stop. Very embarrassing. Will definitely not recommend and not come back. This place is a...
