I recently stayed at Rove Trade Centre, Dubai, and I must say — this place truly exceeded my expectations in every way.
From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the entire team, who were all incredibly sweet, gentle, and genuinely eager to serve at their best. Although the official check-in time is 4:00 PM, I unfortunately arrived a bit earlier — around 2:00 PM — in the middle of Dubai’s scorching heat.
Despite that, Ms. Lyda at the reception greeted me with such kindness and professionalism. She not only made my check-in smooth and hassle-free but also managed an early check-in for me, which I truly appreciated given the weather.
As I entered the hotel lobby, I was offered detox-infused water, Dubai-style tea, and some lovely treats kept in the welcome area. After a long and hot journey, this felt nothing short of heaven.
One of the staff members helped me with my luggage to the room, and as soon as I opened the door, I was pleasantly surprised. The room was cozy, clean, and warmly decorated — everything felt just right. The tea and coffee setup in the room could have been a bit better, and while the view wasn’t particularly spectacular, it was peaceful and calming, which I appreciated.
Throughout my stay, the entire staff was incredibly prompt and attentive to all my requests. Whether it was housekeeping, reception, or room service — everyone responded quickly and with a smile.
I also spent time at the swimming pool, enjoyed the play area, and visited the café and workspace. Every corner of the hotel is well-maintained, and it’s clear that a lot of thought and care goes into creating a relaxing and pleasant environment for guests.
The only downside I experienced was with the laundry facility. While the washing machines worked well, the dryer was frustrating to use, and I ended up wasting money without getting the results I expected. That part could definitely be improved.
As for the checkout process, it was just as smooth and seamless as the check-in. The staff once again proved how professional and guest-focused they are.
💬 Final Thoughts:
All in all, Rove Trade Centre is a fantastic place to stay in Dubai — not just because of the amenities, but especially because of the wonderful staff and thoughtful service. I’m truly grateful to the entire team and management, and I want to give a special thanks to Ms. Lyda for her warmth and efficiency.
I will definitely visit again soon — this time with my family!
Thank you, Rove Trade Centre, for making my stay so memorable. 🌟

It was a very busy day due to Eid Celebration Lot of people queuing for checked in We were entertained by some activations Like complimentary Henna, welcoming refreshments. Hotel ambiance is Beautiful Hotel Staff’s are very approachable, we able to get our 1st room earlier than check in time, as we booked 2rooms for the night. We went out to mingle with our Family Friends and came back late at the hotel at 2am.
Unfortunately all parking areas are occupied as they only have 64 allotted slot. They ask late comers to find RTA parking spaces outside. We understood the situation and give a good 20mins round outside, we haven’t able to find parking slot we came back to the hotel premises.
That’s when our visit turn from positive to a nightmare. I have seen they let someone else in (inside basement parking) after they ask us to park outside. It was family of Arabic. Security Team are BIAS We are Asian Family, having staycation in nearby emirates were not base in dubai that’s why we are not Familiar where we suppose to find place to park. Management should look into it. Train your security team how to properly handle this type of situation without being Bias with your visitors nationality.
We booked and choose your Hotel for a reason Good Ambiance, Great Location You have Great Staffs handled your clients well Unfortunately team whose managing parking areas ruined it all. I didn’t write here to get someone responsible or terminated. It’s not about Money value, But your GUEST EXPERIENCE.
None of Your Visitors must go through what we’ve experienced. Have a long time (back up)plan for parking slot areas. We came back to the property to finally get rested but it didn’t happen due to stress of Finding Parking for our self. We booked 2 hotel rooms, we have small kids fell asleep at the car 3 and 5yrs old.
Leaving us no choice but to cancel the night and drove back home from where we came leaving your Hotel at four quarter morning.
Again we didn’t write this to get someone responsible. Hotel manager try his best to help us. Thanks to frontline team for warm welcome specially to Ms. Asma checking us in early and accommodating our request to keep our second room ready when...
Read moreWe had a really great stay at Rove Trade Centre, and I want to start by giving a big shoutout to Mr. Aryan from housekeeping. He was extremely polite, professional, and genuinely kind. He took care of our rooms perfectly and always made sure everything was in top shape. His work really stood out, very appreciated effort and amazing job.
We booked two connecting rooms, and the whole experience was smooth and very comfortable. For the price, this hotel is honestly one of the best in Dubai. The building itself is very modern and creative, you don’t get bored just being there. There’s always something around: cool paintings, signs, relaxing seating areas, and fun activities. It’s also super kid-friendly, which we really appreciated. There’s a PS5 gaming area, MacBooks you can use, arcade machines, foosball, ping pong, darts, mini golf, basketball, and even a really cool 1.2-meter-deep pool.
The rooms were great, spacious, bright, and decorated in white which gives a fresh, clean vibe. Bathrooms were modern and spotless, and the sofa bed in the room is a nice bonus if you need extra sleeping space. The hotel has lots of great touches like free water, tea, coffee, and dates in the lobby, plus plenty of sofas and chairs to relax in when you arrive. There’s also a clean and nicely scented prayer room, and a gym next to the pool with all the equipment you’d need. There’s a laundry room too, but it costs 50 AED to wash and dry.
Another nice feature is the free parking right at the hotel. The valet staff were kind and helpful, and entering the hotel feels really welcoming and easy. There’s even a small grocery store inside which is super convenient. Overall, the hotel is clean, fun, and really well designed, perfect for families or anyone looking for a great-value stay in Dubai. Definitely recommend it, and we’d stay here...
