Technically the set up is great. VIP is non-smoking which is a plus

Few things that were quite bad

1. good is bad, French fries / Caesar salad are quite bad
2. they work till 11pm, but you learn that from them like at 10.45pm when you are in the middle of the game
3. small thing but uncomfortable- every time you log into steam account (even if you do that 3 days in a row) it will ask you for a code from your email cause it seems like PC “forgets” you everyday
4. they “force” you to use the app. The app is not that comfortable. When I tried to top up my account the staff did not know how to do that from the app. They just told me “come to the desk and pay by card”. When I ordered food - they just missed the order for about one hour (order was there in the app), so I had to come to the reception desk to say that there is an order. Overall I would say the app is quite useless and staff does not know how to use it
5. and finally the worst thing: when the last time I left this cafe at 11pm they were closing - I swiped the button “lock the computer” (to start playing you actually swipe the exact same button). I think I did not push “end the game” button - so I ended up wasting all my balance and on top of that I got charged 13 dollars overnight to “extend” my time. Well, again this app does not bring anything useful, but the main problem is not the app… the main problem is that the cafe was CLOSED - so technically I paid for hours in a closed which does not make sense neither logically nor legally. I am not sure - but I think they just wasted like $100-150
6. staff is very friendly but I would say not very professional. When things go well - great people, when things do not go well - they become defensive and just don’t know...
