This was my experience and unfortunately, it was far from satisfactory.

To begin with, the service was very poor. Instead of a proper printed menu, we were shown the menu on the server’s personal mobile phone, which felt unprofessional. The staff appeared unmotivated and disinterested in their work, almost as if they were forced to be there. They were not welcoming, didn’t smile, and lacked basic hospitality.

As for the food, we ordered a shawarma plate and a 1kg kebab mix. The shawarma was served cold, which was disappointing. Additionally, the steak grill that came with the kebab mix was soggy, making it unappetizing. The presentation was inconsistent – some of the food was served on plates, while other items came in aluminum takeout boxes. This inconsistency detracted from the dining experience.

To make matters worse, there was a fly in the hummus, which was extremely unhygienic. There were also many flies buzzing around inside the restaurant, creating an unpleasant atmosphere.

The overall cleanliness was another issue. When we arrived, the tables were not clean, which is unacceptable for any restaurant.

Considering the poor service and quality of food, the price was excessively high. We paid 116 dirhams, which felt like too much given the substandard experience. There are many other restaurants that offer better food and service for a similar or even lower price.

In conclusion, I do not recommend this restaurant. A tip from me to the owner: it would be better to close...

I ordered plate shawarma. It was 21 AED. The actual quantity of meat is really bad for 21 AED. The dish is served with Shawarma wraps cut in to mouthful pieces with additional small qubs with some kind of mayonnaise. On top of it, thick potatoes slices fried and two different types of mayonnaise. The shawarma wraps are too thick. Totally the amount of carbohydrates are way more than the actual meat. Its like 80:20 ratio. When someone orders plate shawarma or for that matter any meat based food, its the meat people are expected not some cheap qubs...

The chicken shawarma here is really nice.

The fries is nice, western sandwiches like Fajita, Philadelphia and etc... Are also nice.

Do not try the beef shawarma it is not good at all.

The juice is nice but so heavy, but it worth to try it once.

The service here is nice, Nour is amazing.

Note: burger here is a disaster, do not ever try it, and the sojouk too ( specially if you are a burger lover, and if you tried sojouk in Bedo...
