I am writing this review to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent order from your restaurant. I ordered the chicken dynamite charcoal and was quoted a delivery time that turned into a two-hour wait. During this time, we called the restaurant three times to check on the status of our food. Each time, the customer service was unhelpful and lacked any sense of concern for the delay.

When the food finally arrived, it was cold and the quality was subpar, especially considering the long wait. The only reason we accepted the order was out of consideration for the delivery person.
