Greggs — Restaurant in Aberdeen City

Food was amazing as always but customer service wasn't. As we had a lady in her 50s take our order and she took our order as normal. When we went to sit down she said we didn't say we were sitting in so she couldn't charge extra from us for sitting in. But we don't remember her asking us if we were sitting in or not ? We were extremely upset and asked if we could buy something else and pay for sitting in so we could all sit in but she still refused and asked us to leave the premises so we did kindly but she had a hasteful attitude towards us even though we were being polite. We won't be coming here again because of the rubbish...

Been here a few times the food was good as usual.

The one thing that was quite disturbing on this visit, and I know this isn’t the stores fault, but a gentleman did try to steal some items, and the staff was shouting at them and it was quite scary for my wife.

And I have also noticed that the window on the doors is quite often smashed, so maybe they have a problem...

Every time I go in for a hot pie I ask are your pies hot and get told yes and every time I get back to my car and find the pie would be warmer if I got it out of the fridge. So not going back better off going to a proper baker better pie and when you ask for a hot pie you...
