⭐ 1/5 – Rude, Unhelpful, and Unhygienic Service
I went into Subway recently and had a really disappointing experience from start to finish. When I asked what the bread on the bottom was (because it looked different), the woman just said, “It’s the same bread as the top,” even though it clearly wasn’t.
I ordered a Chicken Tikka sub and asked if the vegan cheese was lactose-free. Instead of answering, the female staff member just pointed to a QR code on the glass without giving me any actual information. I get that they’re trained to do that, but it would’ve helped if she at least knew what was on it or took a second to read it herself. It’s not like I’d die from eating cheese — I’m just lactose intolerant and can get a sore stomach. And obviously, I’m not vegan if I’m ordering Chicken Tikka.
The male staff member (wearing glasses) started making my sandwich without gloves, and neither did the woman, which is unhygienic. When I asked for extra mayonnaise, he replied quite rudely, “You only get three lines of mayonnaise,” and added that if I wanted more, I’d have to pay extra. I’ve been to other Subways plenty of times before and never been spoken to like that over something so minor.
Then, when I was paying, the woman asked if I wanted a meal deal. I said yes and chose the Oreo muffin. The guy immediately cut in again with, “That’s not part of the meal deal, mate,” in the same rude tone. But when I paid, it actually did come off in the meal deal, so he was giving out the wrong information too.
The woman also clearly struggled with English — I had to repeat parts of my order multiple times before she understood. The whole experience felt cold and defensive, like they thought I was a mystery shopper just for asking normal questions.
Overall, the service was rude, careless, and unhygienic. Neither staff member seemed to care about customers or even know their own products. Really poor experience — I won’t be returning to that branch.

The manger who prepared my order was incredibly professional, fast, and friendly. She paid close attention to every detail, made sure everything was fresh, and had such a positive attitude—it truly made my day.
The service was outstanding from the moment I walked in. The place was clean, well-organized, and had a welcoming vibe. You can tell the staff take pride in what they do. It's rare to find this level of care and consistency at a fast-food location.

I went back to the seller and explained the problem. He said he had no other juices to replace these with and offered to give us coca cola. My family doesn't drink this, so I declined.
