Little Malaya — Restaurant in Aberdeen City

Absolutely terrible, ordered munch box, got about 10 chips, they put in the wrong chicken and sauce is like glue, spring rolls falling apart. Satay chicken dry and prawns taste terrible. Called the shop and was polite stating I was a regular customer and this has been the 1st order that has been delivered that I am not happy with, owner Jeff said he will speak to kitchen so I say no problem. He then returns to the phone and says kitchen said food is fine and all OK, I replied as the paying customer I am telling you it is not. He then said well what do you want me to do about it with a major attitude. I stated then I will leave a review and he say go ahead and do it then! Absolutely terrible customer service and terrible food!!!!! Avoid at all costs!!!! There is only one start because I have to highlight one to post this!

Update# owner calls back to say it does not matter if I leave a bad review as he has over 5 years experience and his customers will always come back! I am. Absolutely shocked at the lack of customer service and the attitude of the owner!

Shocking customer service! A free can of coke was our compensation

Ordered food at 6:15pm through their online ordering system and received our receipt email. Quote time 60-90mins

7:30pm called just to check it was on way to be told they didn't have our order.

After going back and forth being told they were waiting on an update from the system (and still hadn't started cooking our food by the way) finally at 8pm we were told our order would be delivered as a matter of priority.

Forward to 8:45pm and still no food. (Even after phoning again and being told the driver was on his way....a lie!) Cue me driving to little Malaya to collect food and in turn be offered a free can of juice as compensation.

Needless to say we have our food, our money back, oh, and our free can of coke!

Gutted as it's probably our favourite Chinese but won't be going back. Just as well we aren't arsed about valentine's Day or it would have been well and...

Ive never been here so cant review the food and will never come here again. I supposed to meet my friends on 30th Dec 2024 for lunch ariund 12.30pm. Was 1st one to arrive, went in and there was nobody. Waited maybe 2-3min and a guy came out. I asked if I could just sit anywhere and he looked confuse. He asked me if I wanted to sit in and I said yes. He said they only do takeaway today because they were busy. No sign on the door, no sign on website. So I had to phone my friends and look to meet yo somewhere else. Very annoying and inconsiderate. Its not like they have easy parking, I had to park abit far and cross many roads just to get told they are bit going to serve us. I would have given minus star if I could. WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYBODY. THERE ARE LOADS IF ITHER RESTAURANT WHO APPRECIATE...
