I purchased 2 individual cheesecakes yesterday for my husbands birthday and they were absolutely beautiful! I don’t know how you get the cheesecake texture soooo light and fluffy but WOW incredible. Visited the shop for the first time as I have purchased from curated in Bon accord and the van at the beach before but so happy to see your business growing as you truly have something special and unique here. Very nice cheesecakes. With great selection of flavours. The owner is friendly and chatty guy. He could display names of flavours. So he wouldn’t have to present them to every each customer. And queuing people could make up their minds while are waiting. But I guess the idea is to build bond with customers.
