Consistently the worst McDonald's.
Too often food not ready. Waiting bays full and requested to park on the double yellow lines on the main road!.
Then after the wait for the food to be cooked it's served cold. How is that possible?
Food is consistently cold.
Consistently runs out of things. Milkshakes is one the most common failures.
Car park too small and road gets blocked at busy times. Even when quiet there is rarely food ready. It's never fresh or hot.
Time for action to be taken against this McDonald's.
EDIT. I shouldn't admit that I was back again within days.
Tonight they had run out of Coke!!! The biggest most readily available soft drink in the world that you sell by the bucket load and you managed to run out of that?
They also ran out of chips and numerous cars had to wait. From joining an 8 car queue to getting my food was 27 minutes. By that time a quiet evening had seen the cars backed up and on to the main road.
Even then the freshly cooked fries were lukewarm.
The young lad who brought them out couldn't have been more lethargic or uninterested if he tried. "There you go" isn't exactly a very polite way to speak to anyone. Even more so as you'd just taken 27 minutes to serve fast food.
I guess nobody bothers to read the reviews, but this place needs new management/ownership....
Read moreToday I did an order for McDonald’s Bridge of Don on the app managed to check in as normal (won’t let you check if your not near the restaurant you ordered for so keep that it mind), did click & serve, waited for 15 minutes then went in to be told that it the order was sent to Kittybrewster and they couldn’t do anything despite the fact I hadn’t selected Kittybrewster as the collection restaurant. Shift manager and assistant manager were super rude and told me nothing could be done other than me make a 15 minute trip across town to kittybrewster if I wanted my food or money back, I know I did the order for the right store as it wouldn’t have allowed me to check in otherwise due to not being in the right GPS location for Kittybrewster and it was a system error at McDonalds end but the managers just keep going on about how it must of been my fault and didn’t do anything to help me, the customer at all. Eventually had to pay again for the food through no fault of my own, it’s a good job I could afford this as some people might not be able to afford it. This is the only McDonalds I have issues at, customised food is often wrong, items missing from orders often, rude staff and now this. Will being doing a chargeback through the bank for the money...

Someone needs to sort out the entrance/ car park because the constant stream of cars coming off Ellon Road and sitting trying to turn into the drive thru, whilst blocking the cars trying to turn right into the car park, is going to cause an accident very soon.
We actually parked the car near by last night (no spaces in the car park and the drive thru queue was ridiculous) and tried to walk across to order our food inside...we got half way across the road and a lady was coming out the drive thru having obviously been told to come back to park in one of the waiting spaces, and decided to drive down on the wrong side of the road and enter the car park, rather than join the waiting queue...we saw her...smaller children might not have.
Please, look into the parking/ drive thru issues before the new KFC across...
