Had Lunch here today after a couple of recommendations. What a disappointment or did we choose the wrong thing. We ordered a pot of tea from the very friendly Lady server. We both had a Panini with Bacon, Camembert with Cranberry sauce What a disappointment, they took ages to arrive, so tea all drunk and asked for a top-up, which we got. Both Panini's had just one slice of bacon, one slice of Camembert, the cranberry was just a red area on the bread and looked like a squirt of tomato ketchup. It did come with some chopped lettuce and a small spoon of coleslaw. I ask the owner if we could have some more cranberry which he squirted out of a bottle and was just a red sauce. The sauce had to be the cheapest commercial rubbish. For the price paid it was poor value for money. Can't recommend.

The whole point was that this should not have been served up in the first place. especially at the prices you are charging. Yes, you did give us some more sauce when asked, but the amount in the first place was an insult. Overall for the price it was pretty poor quality and overpriced with just one slice of cheese and a small slice of bacon. The only thing worth mentioning as I did, was the helpful and friendly Lady who was serving. The total bill was £26 for two small panini with minimum filling, 2 small portions of chips ( which were the best part) and two teas. We never said anything about it being good.

You obviously do not have your finger on the button with the chef who is preparing these poor...

Average and overpriced!

Feels a bit 80s throwback inside (not that that's necessarily a bad thing), a few people in but not exactly heaving for a Saturday morning. Went there because I'd heard good things from reviews elsewhere and thought, given the decor, maybe it was a good place to get a value for money breakfast. Unfortunately this wasn't the case and I needed a second take when I looked at the menu.....Full English Breakfast - £13.95!! Still, I was there now so I went for it. Breakfast was served fairly quickly which was pleasing as I was starving. Eggs, bacon and beans were good, sausages were molten!! Deep fried and not exactly bursting with flavour. Hash browns were a touch overdone and a little greasy. Mushrooms were decent but small portion. Toast was really thin and a bit limp. Staff were very pleasant, although I ordered a tea and got a latte to start with, they were very apologetic and rectified this very quickly, although the teabag (with no string on) floating in the mug was a bit strange.

Overall, this breakfast was ok and I could more than forgive the parts that were a bit average, but not at £13.95. This was far too expensive for what was being delivered. I like to give places a second chance, but I'm not sure I can at the prices being charged.........

TOP QUALITY FOOD!!!!!!!!💯. Very tasty and delicious.The manager is really kind and friendly and professional and always very happy! Which is lovely to see!. Thankyou for your kindness in making me feel welcome to your wonderful and special ,cafe which is my favourite in rustington 💯. Lovely hot chocolate and i love that you do fresh turkish bacwalas yum for dessert! I enjoyed my jacket potatoe and apple crumple with custurd. This place has a beautiful vibe as soon as you enter you know for sure you will get excellent service with a smile. Keep up the amazing service you provide.
