Would highly recommend avoiding this restaurant. We choose the buffet lunch for 4, the place was empty. We were told when we arrived the buffet counter was not working so they will bring us a selection of food to the table. Started off fine, offered popadoms which we accepted and chutney was also provided. The selection of food was a ok and a good amount. Once we finish we asked if we could have a doggy bag as we didn't want the rest to go to waste, even thou it was a bit bland, we were told that's not available on the buffet option. We understand that we would not be aloud if it wasn't brought to us at the table. I asked him if they are going to reuse it to which he responded with maybe!! We sat there for a while not offered coffees or more drinks, a family tried to get a table and they told them they were closed it was 13.45!!!! They turned the misic off like they were about to shut we still had to ask for the bill even thou they clearly wanted to get off early. Looked over the bill and there was an extra £7 we asked what this was as we choose the all you could eat Buffet, it was the 6 popadoms and chutney to start????? Arrived at 6.30pm, booked table, they didn't have our booking!! We got sat in first part before main restaurant. We had a year old with us aswell. 7.30pm we got our starters and 8.30pm we got our mains. Food tasty. When food brought out they just shout out dish and leave it, very very rushed, so got confusing what was what. There's one server, maybe owner not sure, who talks extremely loudly and shouts his orders to another, especially when he leaves the main restaurant part, so in the corridor part where we were sitting. Very unacceptable time waiting for food, obviously our toddler got extremely restless and very bored, so crying and noisy. Very stressful !!! Visited on saturday evening, table was booked for 7pm on arrival we ordered our drinks and popadums. Popadums arrived promptly but drinks didnt turn up until about 20 minutes later and came to the table one by one while the waiter delivered drinks to another table at the same time. We then waited for nearly 2 hours for our main courses. The waiter apologised several times but nothing appeared, the people around us were also waiting for their meals too.
