Sweet Flamingo — Restaurant in Arun

This place had no seating inside, only seating outside in the cold. When we walked in, we were not greeted or welcomed. We went outside and then decided to come in again after seeing a table had left. There was only 1 man working in the store, obviously he was busy doing everything - prepping food, cleaning, seeing to customers. But he didn't even make eye contact with us or even just say "hi I will be with you shortly." He had many instances where he passed us and could have just greeted or even made eye contact and smiled, but he just left us standing like idiots in the store for a good over 5 minutes. Atleast if he acknowledged us, it would have been OK. Just even a "I'll be with you soon." Clearly this man has his customers and doesn't need more. But still, if you own a customer facing business, then be NICE to new people! This behavior resulted in my friend and I walking out and going to the other ice cream parlor down the road where we were treated...

My son took me & my grandson here for a sweet treat. The weather was a bit chilly but we sat outside nonetheless & had ice cream in both cones & tubs & then...tea & cake. The chap brought out the tea & cake to us on a tray. Both ice cream & cake were delicious. We had to park alongside the seafront & pay to park here. Next to ice cream shop is water fountains at I think it's called "Place St Maur" or something similar. We weren't prepared, but my grandson took his socks & shoes off & got soaked running through the fountains. I think sweet flamingo is open until 5pm, even though it's the summer hols. There's a loo, but on this occasion it was closed. A few small tables I think I recall inside & a few outside. Plenty of flavours to choose from. Will...

OUTSTANDING.... popped in today with my 3 year old.... multiple choices of flavours.... she went with the standard vanilla with a monkey cone and nothing was left... i had the honeycomb in a tub and oh my it was lovely.... Homemade Gelatto Ice Cream & Super Friendly service.... they also have multiple ways to have your icecream not just in a cone... of you are in bognor hunt this gem out you will not be dissapointed...... ive added the menu to show you whats on offer.....
