Great location for a drink, however food's another story, visited Sunday 28th May and stayed drinking for a while, went to order food and told 1hr 30min wait however certain items wouldn't take as long, ordered pulled Nachos and cheesy chips and waited around 20mins Visited again today (Friday 2nd June) and it was total chaos people being turned away due to long wait times, staff not seeming to have a clue what they were doing and very little organisation/leadership, due to wait times again ordered pulled Nachos and cheesy chips and waited around an hour, I then asked for my money back only to be told my order hadn't gone through to the kitchen, visit if you're not hungry or have half a day to wait.

Ordered two large capuchinos and some chocolate twists. I asked the waitress what no saucers or spoons? She replied "What's a saucer!" My wife and I tasted the coffees but were totally disatisafied as they were so weak that they tasted like hot milky water. We complained and we're offered to remake them but they were just the same! The table and chairs were dirty as was the rest of the cafe. Looked unkempt. We have enjoyed coffee at Coastal coffee in Rustington but not here! Rest assured we won't be bothering to walk from East Preston again to have coffee here or anything else.

We went in the evening to the Bingo night. Absolutely brilliant. Five girls and me , great atmosphere , good lager and a really hilarious evening was had by all. Food looked delicious , it was warm and cosy , the staff were excellent, the seating ok , only there two hours and the Bingo was compered really well. I will return and sample the menu and probably sit outside as during the day and in the sun it will be amazing. We had a slight accident when the bingo pen leaked onto the table but the staff were so good and didn't worry at all. Oh by the way we won the last game

The best location by far, but the food was just OK. We were excited to visit as we've been meaning to for a while. We went for breakfast and had the veggie breakfast. While we loved the views, the food was a bit bland, little taste and just didn't quite hit the spot. The service was also just OK. We'll try visiting again, maybe just for some drinks. There's plenty of outside tables further enhancing it as the place with the best location and it's dog friendly inside and outside which is great. All in all, great spot but the food and service were just OK, nothing special.

It's a great place to grab a coffee. The place is buzzing, and all the diners seemed happy. My fish finger sandwich was delicious. The staff are numerous and friendly.
