Visited this restaurant for the first time and it will definitely not be the last, from the friendly welcoming when you walk through the door to the good bye handshake from the owner everything was perfect ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The knowledge from the waiter was second to none as first time visitors celebrating a family birthday the time allowed to order and the advise we received was outstanding you didn’t feel rushed at all, which in other restaurants you sometimes feel they want you in and out but not here⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ordered the drinks again with help from the waiter on the wine to complement the food we were choosing, my daughter had a cocktail which she said was fantastic always a bonus pleasing a teenage daughter my son had a Coke as he was the taxi driver for the evening 😀⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Starters were brilliant Garlic mushrooms x2 and king prawns for my partner, my son and myself which again were fantastic my daughter wasn’t sure what to have so the waiter brought her out a small selection of dishes to try so the next time we return she would know what she likes which again was outstanding service(this dish was free by the way)⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Mains sirloin steak x2 king prawn dish and chargrilled chicken was all beautifully presented and cooked to perfection the only thing they didn’t have was English mustard but probably not very Mediterranean 🤣🤣 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The best part of the evening which sometimes is the worst for me THE BILL 😜 I was genuinely surprised at how much it came to let me just say I would of paid more (well a bit more🤣) the welcoming the service,advice,quality of food plus the atmosphere was brilliant,brilliant,brilliant very safe to say I will be returning and all this was achieved why they were short staffed amazing👏👏👏👏

Not the best experience from yesterday… have booked table week ago for two but upon arrive got table for four in front of kitchen where all people was passing you when they go to restaurant area… Staff looks very unorganised, to many people and looks that nobody knows what they have to do.. To order drinks took about 15min, because nobody came to us, but this is not the worse…we was waiting about half hour to place our food order…till only lovely girl Shan seen us and came to us to check have we been served…she took our order verbally and pas to kitchen.. we was waiting for our food nearly 2 hours..and to receive food still have to go and ask staff how long it will take and only after this finally received our food…Food was delicious;

Would like to say big big thank you to this lovely girl Shan from staff who was checking have we are ok and also apologised for delay.. Shan, you deserve 5⭐️ for your service!!!

Other thing what would like to mention: don’t think so that people without any uniform should walk in and out to kitchen..or even try to help kitchen staff wen they wear sports t-shirts… (I believe they have forgot that true that screen in kitchen customers can see everything). It was so much random people around kitchen area, bar or restaurant who was pretending be part of staff… and CHERRY ON TOP OF THE CAKE - one guy was walking around restaurant and vaping, but looks like personal know him, so probably restaurant owner friends or family members allowed to do things like this...

Visited on a Sat evening with a friend. Ordered sultan chicken - when I started eating the pieces of chicken, it was very obvious that the chicken wasn’t cooked all the way through and was raw in places. I told the waiter and he agreed that it wasn’t cooked properly and said that the customers often complain about the chicken being undercooked!!!!!! He sent it back to the kitchen and said that I would have a fresh meal made. He did bring out a fresh dish, with the chicken properly cooked. I have been unwell with food poisoning after eating some of the pieces of raw chicken which is completely unacceptable. This is clearly an ongoing issue which they have not bothered to resolve - disgraceful.

We also ordered more drinks which took a very long time to come and when we asked for the bill, it took them nearly an hour to bring it to us and they had added on a beer which we did not order. The service was slow and staff clearly not able to cope with a busy restaurant.

The owner/manager also very obnoxiously parked their big black Range Rover right outside the entrance - clearly wanting to show off. It ruins the entrance to the restaurant and is not pleasant.

Absolutely will not be returning. Poor, slow service and serving raw pieces of chicken causing health concerns is absolutely disgusting. They...
