I think the staffing needs some improvement. Visited last week and there was no one at the front desk so we were unable to get in and when someone eventually came to the desk there was no apology and the member of staff seemed very fed up and not very welcoming. Had the same issue when we were ready to leave, no members of staff to be seen anywhere and we were left waiting at the door for quite some time before someone appeared to come and open the security gate for us so we could leave. Apart from this the place was quite clean,little ones had a good time and the chips we ordered were lovely and a generous portion. Be nice to see the staff looking a bit happier and im a firm beliver that there should always be someone waiting at a venues front of house...

First time there today, It was OK, lots of toys out when we arrived (2pm on a Friday) but all were put away after 30min, which was a shame as my son was really enjoying playing with the train table and scuttlebugs, but they had all gone when he had finished on the slide, and he got upset looking for the trains etc. My son enjoyed the soft play area, although it is a little small. We probably won't return based on the experience today, I'll go back to Squiggles Playden.

I will note though that the staff were constantly tidying away, so it was clean and tidy, but kind of felt like they were getting ready to close? As we were the only ones there, we had to ask if they were closing...

what a horrible place, first there was nothing it the toddle section for the little ones to play with or climb over and the whole point of going to a soft play area is so they can climb, slide and bounce ect and once older children got in there was no way they could access the bigger equipment as you couldn't be on there with them to keep them safe and that included the four and half year old with me too. The staff seemed oblivious to what the older children were doing when they were climbing over the so called toddler area and using it as a play fighting area. I wont be going there again I would prefer to pay bus money and...
