Burger King — Restaurant in Babergh

We don't usually use BK but thought we'd give it a go. Unfortunately the person who served me seemed rude, and had an attitude. I'm forgiving as I'm guessing they have some stuff going on, maybe it's been a long day. But communication seemed difficult with no small talk or 'here are your drinks'. Instead the drinks were put down, no indication they were ours but we were the only ones around. They seemingly forgot my son's capri sun (despite him being next to me). He asked me where his drink was and I said we have to wait for it. I think the server heard because that's when they got the drink out for him and put it on the counter with a bit of a huff.

I didn't get given a receipt so didn't know my number and couldn't check my order.

They got my order wrong (they recorded it wrong on the receipt) so I had to go back and tell them but they did replace it without hesitation and quickly too.

The food was ok when it came. Not sure what the portions of chips should be like in the Large meals but they were not large in my opinion- in the small white bags? The kids meal didn't come with a box, despite being advertised as coming in one (my son was disappointed).

I was so nervous about ordering somewhere new. The experience of dining here today (the attitude of the staff and getting the order wrong) has really put me off. I won't be back...

We visited the copdock Ipswich Burger King Saturday evening at about 8.00pm, the staff are very rude!! An older gentleman couldn’t understand how to use the kiosk so asked to order over the counter, the guy behind the counter just said no and pointed to the kiosk, so the guy asked for help to use it, to which he was told no, even though there was plenty of staff who could have helped!! so me and wife helped him. Most people seemed to have things missing from there orders, including me, when I went up to inform I was a large drink missing, the girl behind the counter huffed and got it, without speaking a word to me. One girl there had really long messy hair and nothing to stop it going in the food, no hair net or anything. We have even been told in that restaurant before now we can’t sit and eat because they have tidied up and don’t want to have to do it again, that time was about 5.00 Saturday afternoon and about a year ago, so we had to drive to ravenswood instead. the staff are so young, rude and unhelpful at copdock! Most of your restaurants are great and the food is lovely but I feel something most definitely has to be done about the...

I visited here with my fiance recently, as we were very hungry and had a long morning getting the Xmas shopping done, the food was cooked really well and very fresh, very nice burger king.

There were 4 staff on and we visited at a busy time, the staff were clearly very busy and under a lot of pressure, but they were so polite and professional and still so considerate and helpful to not only myself but to everyone I saw order in the que after us.

We chose to ate in, hence how I noticed they're Custer service for others.

Despite the pressure from both the drive through and a que inside our food was served really quickly by very the very bubbly, smily faced girls at the counters and they couldn't have b en more helpful when we asked for sauces ect.

Very impressed by the qaulity of service, especially when they were spread so thin!

In short excellent service and really enjoyed the nice fresh burger and chips, been a while since I've had a burger king and this experience will definitely make me go back again.
