Morrisons Cafe — Restaurant in Babergh

At approximately 12:35PM on the 19th August we saw it said cash only and limited menu, go to to till to ask for the details. We did that and there was a middle aged, more on the older side lady at the till.

We mentioned we don't know what you're serving as it says limited menu and she started saying all breakfast items (sausage, egg ext...) So I asked in response so are you just doing breakfast items? She with a big attitude decided to repeat all the breakfast items. All I was looking for is a yes or no that was very clear! So I asked again and she done the same thing.

I just said after that so they are all breakfast items then. And she finally said yes. That was all I was asking for! Its not unreasonable to ask if its just breakfast at lunchtime. I absolutely could not believe how rude she was. This lady needs to be pulled up, obviously somethings not right, you don't talk to customers like that.

We are frequent customers of Sproughton morrisons cafe and the staff are absolutely lovely there. We were in the area so thought we'd stop off but we shall never make that mistake again. Please sort it out along with cash only and limited menu.

Got there for lunch around 1pm. My expectations are low as been to other cafes in other stores. Several things on the menu they didn't have. All type of Burgers, roast dinner, coffee. No cups no cutlery, tables all full of trays and pretty dirty.The food was terrible. Customer service, well needs improvement. This is a supermarket they can just get something from there. Why they run out of things. Also two people only working there. TBH I have tried the cafe at Norwich and Dereham stores . They are all pretty bad but this one, it's just a bit worst. Morrisons, there is no point to have cafes open with poor service & food throughout. Make a smaller menu which actually you can provide it. If needs to be charge more. Won't be coming back in a rush. It's not rock science to make a store...

The staff at Morrisons cafe Hadliegh are wonderful , but the actual cafe is absolutely appalling ! None of the coffee machines were working a usual , the staff were putting coffee in cups for customers , the lady on the till was also serving out the meals as well despite huge ŕows of people waiting to put in an order at the counter , she always has a smile on her face , the way they are treated as staff is appalling . Morrisons ought to be ashamed of themselves , for running their cafes in such a disgusting way ! Nowhere else would be left open now , come on Morrisons do something about it !
