McDonald's — Restaurant in Barnsley

I eat in at mcdonalds and also get mcdonalds delivered fairly often.The food is good, but you literally never get all the items you have ordered. You either don't get the burger or fries you have ordered or the straw. They also regularly leave mayonnaise on, which makes the burger inedible for me because mayonnaise makes me sick. The thing that bothers me the most, though, is when they get my son's order wrong.because he he has autism and will not eat the food no matter what, so its just a waste of money. My other children adapt and just eat it if their meals are wrong, but he has to have a new order or he will not eat at all. so I have to drive down Mcdonalds to get what he wanted so everybody's food ends up cold, and I have paid for delivery only to have to drive there anyway. We visited recently for the first the in a long time. Food was as expected from any McDonald's. We ordered inside to take away as the drive thru queue was quite large. Whilst waiting for our food we got to watch the McDonald's team in action, preparing orders, following Covid guidance and organising the many delivery drivers waiting. The team did brilliantly. I was especially impressed with the fact they were checking that the delivery drivers all cleaned their food delivery bags before they put the orders inside the bag - previously I would have been a bit wary of ordering through Uber or deliveroo but after seeing these girls in action ensuring the drivers followed Covid guidance I would now definitely consider it if I knew my food came from this particular McDonald's. Called to Stairfoot Macdonlds for my grandkids a Minecraft happy meal each plus other orders We were told they didn’t do happy meals in the Minecraft section so we ordered adult Minecraft chicken nugget meals with sprite and milk shakes besides other orders 🤬 we drove back home only to find no chicken nuggets meals in the bags even tho they were paid for 😡Again kids were be so disappointed and not for the first time 🤬 every time we use the drive though items are missing and someone has to go without The food we do get in the bags is stone cold to top it all off This is happening on a regular basis We only went this time for the Minecraft meals for kids Never ever will we go back It seems no one is capable of putting orders together but they are incredibly capable of taking the money Get it sorted Macdonalds it’s been going on for years and you truly do not deserve a...
