Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Basildon

We ordered our food at 19.27hrs with an eta of 20.00 to 20.10 hrs. I called to chase delivery up at 20.30 hrs and was told by a female (Chloe the manager ) that food was out for delivery and was due anytime then. At 20.40 I called the store yet again and a male said it was out for delivery with deliveroo ! I was angry because I said I never ordered through deliveroo and his attitude was just as if he couldn’t care less. I said this wasn’t good enough as I hadn’t ordered through deliveroo!!! I asked to speak to the Manager and I heard him call the manager Chloe to come to the phone because in his words that I heard him say to her “ this guy wants to talk to you as he’s not happy blah blah blah “ …. Upon Chloe the manager coming to the phone , immediately I told her I had heard the guy saying blah blah blah about me in the background and her answer to me was because the guy said I was getting “shirty” … I explained to her the reason I wasn’t happy is because I’d ordered the food over an hour before and still not arrived. Her attitude as a manager was absolutely disgusting and she said that they had farmed it out to deliveroo to deliver to me but upon asking her if she had the drivers number she said she had no way of contacting him. On top of this upon saying to her that I was reporting the store and her to Pizza Hut , and that I knew her name she lied that that wasn’t her name and that she refused to give me it, BUT I know it was Chloe because I’d heard her assistant addressing her as Chloe. I put the phone down on her after telling her I was going big time to customer services, then the food arrived , PIZZAS were cold and chicken sides were cold and NO DIPS arrived as ordered. Food was cold as it had been out so long for delivery so I want a refund of this order due to all the above that I’ve mentioned. Her attitude and her assistant attitude were disgraceful , I await response from PIZZA HUT and in the meantime I will be putting a review on Google and...

I'm so frustrated with the service here. I ordered a delivery that included the white chocolate cookie dough and received the milk chocolate cookie dough. I called to ask about a resolution and was told they were out of stock of the white chocolate cookie dough, and instead of contacting me, they just replaced it.

They offered a refund if I brought the item back to the store, which I declined as I paid for delivery and didn't want to drive to the store to rectify their choice to serve an incorrect item. They then offered to give me this item for free the next time I ordered, which I was happy with. However, when getting in touch to order and request this item, I was informed that the person who took my complaint never wrote down my details in the book, so I am unable to get a replacement.

Used to be really good. Must have very recently taken over by a group of Indian men, as the usual people I see weren't there at all. Gone downhill since. I was going to order online for pick up but saw it was pay online only. So I went to the shop and showed them what I was going to order, guy at the till couldnt understand, so I physically told him the order and he still didn't understand, I asked for a large pizza with extra cheese and extra chicken. He got his boss to come out to serve me instead, 30 minutes later they finally made my pizza. When I received it it was stone cold in the middle. I waited in the waiting area the whole time so they clearly made my pizza and left it on the side. Also, there was hardly any cheese on it and hardly any chicken. I could see the pizza base in areas all over the pizza. It didn't even look like there was cheese on it at all! I paid extra for extra cheese and chicken so was literally scammed.
