Absolutely joke of a place, hamza or hamda whoever he is, has absolutely zero customer service skills whatever, asked for a chicken strip wrap meal, with onion lettuce and mayo, what I received was practically an onion wrap, literally smothered in onions all I could smell and taste was onion, couldn’t even see the chicken because there was so much onion in the wrap, then aside of that I asked for cheesy chips, I received a bag of cold chips and a box with the measliest amount of cheese inside , that wouldn’t even melt on the chips because they were so cold. Absolute waste of my money and this is not the first negative experience I have had with Basildon chef, I previously removed a one star review at the request of the owner , and unfortunately as hamda/hamza has been left to run the place and make the same sort of mistakes, I’m forced to make another 1 star review , and I will not be removing this review no matter what, you had a chance Basildon chef and ruined it again. Sack the people dragging your business down or don’t be surprised when you get 1 star reviews and beg for people to remove them!! My first visit to this new Kabab,burger and pizza shop in Rectory Road,Pitsea,Basildon.The place was spotless,The staff were very friendly and helpfull unlike most kabab shops in Basildon. The food was very nice and there was no skimping on anything.I went for a large lamb doner kabab.This full of flaver and very nice also you get your moneys worth,there was loads of meat in this bad boy kabab. Will i be makeing a return visit? Oh indeed i will,just hope they keep this standerd up.This shop will give other kabab shops in the area a wake up call for sure.I can see a few shabby kabab shops looseing trade if they don't buck up. I ordered the £35 deal and waited over 30 minutes and when I went to pay he said it was £25 so straight away he got my order wrong and they've do not take card payment they tell you to go to the shop next door and get out cash and when I told him the order was wrong he said don't worry about it there's plenty of meat in there so I waited over half an hour for pre cooked doner meat and chicken doner and when I got in there there was one person in front of me they wasn't even busy the only reason why I'm giving him 2 stars because the chicken doner is on point and he didn't even ask to...
