Binkys Belmont — Restaurant in Belfast

So 3 of us adults went to Binkys on a Saturday in Novembet at 12.30pm The restaurant was about 50% full with the tables left all 2 person tables. The Manager or person who greeted us said “sorry we don’t have a table” we said “sure we’d be happy if you pushed 2 of the small Tables together or brought an extra chair over “ she said “no sorry we can’t do that” I said there was plenty of space and that seemed daft if they had plenty of room but she just kept saying “no sorry we don’t have a table for 3 “ and “we can’t accommodate you” The Belmont Road had many restaurants and I really struggle to understand how any Buisness can’t make an effort to put 2 tables together for 3 diners. The attitude of the person was really rude and unprofessional, unyielding and clearly not interested in Buisness or it was just too much hassle

Food is absolutely amazing 💯💯 Would recommend it to anyone and everyone. Staff are really very friendly and helpful, and you can BYO (Bring your own alcohol) Binkys prices are reasonable and the food portions are huge! I couldn't finish mine so staff very kindly boxed it up for me to bring home which I enjoyed for dinner the following night. Excellent choice on the menu, plenty of options, whether you eat meet or are a vegetarian, which is great. Desserts are delicious, especially their Banoffee pie and if you don't like banana, they do a strawberry one along with a choice of a lot more, can't remember all the desserts as I'd a half a bottle of wine in me but they looked lovely. Staff lovely. Food very disappointing. All 3 breakfasts were cold. Mine was missing mushrooms (which I was still charged for)and the scrambled eggs had black bits which was from whatever it was scrambled on. Mums mini fry was luke warm and the bacon she couldn't cut she had to break it. Husbands large fry was cold and missing eggs. Decided to send back. Got another fry. Was warm but had different amounts of food. Staff was lovely and I managed to get my husband out without losing his **.
