Burger King — Restaurant in Belfast

Terrible store . My daughter worked here for several months till the bullying started . Which I have seen with numerous young adults . Manageress has no etiquette. Definitely doesn't know the Health and Safety laws as she was along with her deputy manager bullying my daughter to come into work . My daughter was not allowed to go get sanitary items .. this is a braach of her human rights . I finally rung this store to say my daughter had the flu she wouldn't be able to go into work . but my daughter was being harrassed by the manager Claire from her own personal phone . When I rang Claire she was vulgar crude and stated a very personal comment which is very untrue . I contacted the store in Kennedy centre west Belfast for the area manager to contact me . He never did but I finally bumped into him the other day . He told me that my daughter was a liar .... I will not state what I said in return . I have evidence this happened . Poor service poor food . I wouldn't let a dog work for this company after this terrible stressing event .. I want head office to contact me and my daughter ....I have left word with the staff in Kennedy centre to inform Paddy the area manager to meet me in this store so that I can prove to him . that my daughter was sent a text to say if she didn't come into work she wouldn't have a job ...THIS IS ILLEGAL .....Someone in authority needs to deal with this shop . .. And can't help butfeelif I want in in person would theanageress be so brave with her tongue like she was at the end of the phone ......

Wednesday early evening stopped here for a quick bite to eat after a trip to B and Q. There was total of 6 customers inside including myself and yet it took almost 10 mins to be served.

Thou to be fair the drive thru was busy and being served very quickly.

So my turn to order for 2 people and the server places 2 x ketchup, 2xsalt and 2 napkins on the tray .. great food will be served quickly ... oh how wrong i was .. 10 more mins before the food hit the tray and off i go .. but wait ... half the order was missing so not a problem quick about turn back to the register and retrive the remaining part of the order.

Back to the booth ready to devour my burger only for it to be cold .. urgh.

Not a problem back to the counter and hand it to the cashier .. no apology just the blank look and off he toddles to the back.

5 minute discussion with the other 2 members of staff and a new burger pattie is dragged out of the warming container and new burger is made.

Go back to the booth to eat this slightly warmer burger .. must have been near the bottom of the warming drawer.

Only thing on the entire order that was eat remotly hot was the chili cheese bites .. thou to be honest the outers looked like something from ground zero .. almost but not quite black.

Ok its mid week the location doesnt get much footfall .. but at least you could make fresh and not make a bunch and fire them in the warming drawer...

Kids wanted McDonald's (a rare treat), but I wanted BK. Convinced them that there would be some good toy or equivalent version of a Happy Meal. Well, we got a cardboard box. Kids are asking what they are supposed to do with it, no idea. Asked and apparently they were supposed to get stickers with it. (Wow! Stickers!) I asked about the stickers and was told that they knew nothing about it because it wasn't their usual branch. What? Surely this is a BK-wide promotion and it shouldn't matter what branch you work in. Order was wrong, which, in fairness, they fixed, but there was no apology. New motion-based menus and promotions were really quite annoying. Full screen promotion across all of the screens at the same time went on for far too long, and then when the actual menu came up it didn't last anywhere near long enough. When you've got a four-year-old and a seven-year-old, that was really annoying. Decided to venture away from the good old staple Whopper and had some double cheese thing that was part of some promotion, it was the same size as the kids burger. Really disappointing...
