I don't normally leave reviews but I feel compelled after using this particular subway. I ordered using their app, which works fine at any other subway I've used but the staff here were unaware, had to ask for name and order number and after finally figuring it they started on the sub. Took over 20 minutes for them to make 2 subs, not exaggerating, that should have already been made before I got there (don't offer a service if you can't fulfill it) Staff were mumbling amongst themselves, one seemed to be annoyed with the other a few different times, Ordered a coffee too and while one staff member relayed the message to the other he looked annoyed and said he knew how to make it (cup was half full)
A woman and her daughter were in behind me and ended up leaving before my subs were done as they were taking a long time and I don't blame them for leaving, I would too if it wasn't already paid for.
Wouldn't recommend this particular subway, the ovens were making a notable loud alarm noise, not the usual noise you hear, which for some reason the workers were annoying. After they finally got to it the bread came out looking burnt.

Read moreCame to the subway hollywood exchange store earlier today. After not having great experiences with the shop previously i still (for some reason) decided to give them the benefit of the doubt- WHAT A REGRET! when i finally got served after waiting nearly 10 minutes they had no hearty Italian bread which is my go to. And the employee who told me this was seemed unphased. Also no where in the shop was it stated they were out of the bread. Secondly, when i asked for lettuce the young lady said “it’ll be 10 minutes for lettuce we need to prep it” I was stuck in a dilemma as obviously i wanted lettuce but why would i leave my sandwich out cold and wait for the salad. Following this the selection of cookies was horrendous! and in-fact the only double chocolate cookie left was half eaten. (which i’m assuming was one of the employees) The cashier did not ask wheather i was sitting in or taken out and once i sat down with my ‘to go’ subway I noticed that it wasn’t cut in half. Read moreWorst experience I've had at a Subway, and I'm a big fan. Guy serving us - Lee (I notice he's been mentioned negatively in comments before) - was dismissive, cold and definitely needs to redo customer service training. He made us feel like we were an inconvenience. Before we even ordered he rolled his eyes at us when my 2 yo child accidentally pulled the crisps shelf off (which BTW could have really hurt my child...). We have dairy allergies in our family, and the server couldn't have been less understanding when my wife wanted to check if one of the sauces had dairy, promptly putting it onto the sub before she got her words out "you'll have to check the ingredients on the board" he abruptly said. Bit late now. When she wanted to check the cookies were dairy free, he said "everything we have is what's there, you'll have to read it yourself". It's not like there were any customers behind us. A wholly miserable experience in between what was actually a lovely day out for the family. Won't be coming back...
