The drinks were great, nice flavours. My mocha was not sweet like some places make them. The mocha was hot, I do like a hot drink to be hot and not warm.
The traybakes were both very dry. The brownie had a slight chewy centre but mostly dry. The banana and pecan nut loaf was dry, did not taste much banana and this slice had way too much pecan in it.
Overall, an average experience, staff seemed a bit annoyed with the amount of people in it. No smiles, no friendly greetings, and it did take some time to make the one drink. I did get the mocha but the frappe did take a while. The person that made it did start it, but then started making other drinks, packed two trays and then realised they forgot to continue making the frappé.

I am quite an observant person and I can tell you not very many people were using the hand sanitizers which is quite upsetting to witness.Not the places fault however service was very slow.
