Really an incredible coffee for a very reasonable price

I bought myself a double macchiato and it only came to £2.80 coupled with a choice of beans and the barista offering to fill my cup full the customer service really is incredible.

The atmosphere is a generic coffee shop atmosphere but coupled with the upstairs lounge of sorts and tasteful placement of books it stands out in it's own way and is truly special

The only downisde(if you could even call it that) is that the food is only quite good still nice but it holds it back from 5 stars but I'll repeat, still nice food but not quite the 5 stars the coffee and atmosphere is.

Overall very good customer service even better coffee at an amazing price and a solid selection of food. I'd go...

"Smooth or bitter coffee" being asked to every customer in an attempt at upsell to the blend which Nero charge more for is really underhand.

No mention of the price difference for the "Columbia" roast (or whatever one it is they're trying to push) when they ask this question and use different terms as written on the menu isn't something which seems fair.

Usually a fan of Nero but...

Good coffee but I had to wait around ten minutes to receive my order this morning (Monday around 9am). They had three staff members but not well coordinated. Some were getting their coffees within a couple mins, others like myself had to wait ages. On the plus side, the man who took my order made sure to not cross contaminate my drink...
