Look it probably not fair giving a mixed review because it was a busy day however it was complete and utter chaos, barely gave us time to give our orders before asking us cash or card...my partner didn't even get an icecream in the end because we felt so hurried, there was no queue management or organizations, just felt like a heard of cattle being shouted at. Haven't rated the food because I didn't eat there. It was a nice place, clean and plenty of space. The staff were friendly. Just went in for coffee. My aunt had a caffe latte and enjoyed it. I ordered an espresso. It was well below par. If like my you only drink espresso then have a caffe latte. I'm not sure why establishments insist on charging so much for an espresso. It was £2.75. Used to absolutely love this place as it's local to us and we'd use it as a we treat day but the last 2 or 3 times I've been there the prices have Gone up and portions down they used to drench pancakes in Nutella now it's just dry pancakes last night they were absolutely cremated dry ice cream half melted by the time it got to the table the service was terribly slow and created a massive queue again used to be a great place now if say avoid there's much better places slightly further a field...
