Domino's Pizza - Belfast - North — Restaurant in Belfast

I was told tonight that I am a prank caller three times and the phone line was closed three times one me. Is this typical Dominos policy? After a friend called to order we were forced to give card details over the phone to the dominos staff member… is this normal?

Regardless of your response to this - what a disgraceful way to reply to customers spending a fortune on what has already been identified as below standard food. The food arrived cold, and without a satisfactory amount of cheese. Needless to say I will be informing friends and family that they should avoid this store and order from a competitor instead.

Brilliant pizza over the years I’ve had loads of pizzas from this branch and I’ve never had a bad experience pizzas always fresh and well cover sides are delicious too potatoes wedges are a favourite then the desserts for me most of the time it’s the cookie which are fantastic either after the pizza when they’re warm or later when cold both ways are delicious. Extremely poor all round. Firstly we tracked our order and it was close to our house then driver decided not to deliver and return to the store. We called the store and they didnt have a clue what was going on as they couldnt get a hold of the driver. We waited for 1 hour and 30 minutes and phoned 2 more times to be given the same excuse. The driver finally arrived and was not apologetic in fact he couldnt care and arrived with cold food which went straight into the bin total disgrace and really poor customer service will never get from...
