Fireaway Pizza Cregagh Road — Restaurant in Belfast

Tried to order online only to go the whole process and have our order cancelled because the machine wasn't working apparently, Rang to put the order through and eventually the call was answered by a reasonably pleasant girl. She didn't take our name or any details tho. The pizza 's one meat and one BBQ were average and lacking in meat, the BBQ in particular was so saucy it overpowered all of the other toppings and this was after we scraped them off the bottom of the box as they slid off the slice as soon as it was lifted. The customer service was not good at all as the staff who were there looked annoyed to be disturbed in their phone scrolling and had no chat or conversation with customers unless they clearly knew them. Working in a customer facing roll myself I was not impressed with the service or atmosphere at all. The food was average so we may go back again and see if things have changed but for now I think we will spend our hard earned...

Today was Pizza Day, and Fireaway Pizza truly made it special by giving me a free pizza! 🎉🍕 I was already a fan of their fresh ingredients and amazing flavors, but this experience took it to another level.

The pizza was absolutely delicious – the crust was perfectly crispy on the outside yet soft inside, the toppings were fresh and generous, and the cheese was perfectly melted. You can really taste the quality in every bite! 😍

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience even better. Their service is fast, efficient, and always with a smile. 😊

Shop front looks great but food is below average. When I arrived there were about 6 people, all of whom were getting increasingly irritated by how long it was taking to receive their orders. One guy was hungry and had just finished work and told me he’d been waiting 40 minutes already. The staff didn’t look overly stressed to rectify the situation.
