Four Star Pizza East Belfast — Restaurant in Belfast

We ordered pizzas to be delivered to our sons Birthday party, giving clear instructions when ordering. The delivery driver arrived in a really bad mood and very quickly became aggressive and threatening to my wife, throwing his arms around and pointing angrily toward her face, simply because she was struggling to hear him above the kids party. When l tried to calm him down he continued to be aggressive squaring up to me. Thankfully he then stormed off. We reported this to Four Star Pizza and asked for the manager to call us back. 1 week later we called again as no one had called us to be told the manager would call us the next day. That didn't happen either and we called again a few days after this which was now 10 days after the incident and finally got to talk to management. They apologised but stated they only heard about the incident yesterday and admitted to poor communication between her staff. Apparently the delivery driver has been let go because of a number of similar problems but the whole issue has been badly managed and to say we received very poor customer service is an understatement. We were regular customers with 4 star but will not...

Got the wrong drink with my order. The delivery guy said he'd bring it round shortly. No bother, it's just a drink. When I got the order inside I also had no dip for my chicken dippers. When I phoned the store the guy just said hello, and I had to ask him twice to even find out if I'd got the store. I told him about the dip and he said he'd "try" to get it sent out. I said that since I'd paid for it could he make sure instead of trying. He said "I'll make sure".

The delivery guy came out ten minutes later with the drink, and no dip. Ended up having to reheat the chicken and eat it dry. Delicious. When I actually got around to opening the pizza it looked like instead of slicing it someone had scraped a small stick across the toppings delicately, in case they accidentally broke the pizza. Ordered pizzas tonight. Specifically asked for no cheese as I am lactose intolerant. I got the sh*test excuse back as to why there was cheese on it. Asked for it to be remade to be told it wasn't their fault. I have used four star before and have never had an issue with having no cheese. Absolutely shocking behaviour by the wee girl on the phone. Really shouldn't be working there in my eyes. She didn't know what to say when I gave her, her facts. I couldn't of wrote "no cheese" any bigger with a hundred explanation marks. Do not recommend if you have a food intolerance and I definitely won't be back to the East Belfast...
