They owe me £47.00 as I ordered via just-eat from their shop and left a note for the delivery to b delivered after 21:00hrs..! It arrived at around 19:00hrs and the delivery driver took it away..! KFC says it’s nothing to do with them..! Terrible way to treat customers..! Stay well clear of this restaurant/takeaway..! Not nice..! Staff are a disgrace..! Very ignorant..! I placed an app order and decided to have the food delivered as I was already comfortable and did not want to get dressed just to pick up the food. I never have ordered through for delivery and always pick up. It said 20 to 30 minutes.
I waited, waited, waited and waited. I contacted the KFC Deliveroo line and was told that a driver was there. I argued that the food had been standing for over 40 minutes and then was told there was no driver at KFC. I cancelled the order and then decided to get dressed, jump in the car and go check on my order. I got to KFC to see if the order was cancelled. I was told that my order was picked up after 3 or more different persons came to collect with no ticket. The food was collected 20 minutes before I arrived there. I stay less than a 10 minute cycle from KFC so the food should have been there.
The staff were apologetic and made up the order again for me. It was made fresh to go and very helpful.
Don't order for delivery....rather pick up. Hard lesson learnt but now I know never to use...

Tried three cards and the machine was declining instantly (it wasn’t even registering with my bank as I had no ‘declined’ messages). Was told the machine inside was working so I parked my car and went inside to pay. Once inside, the gentleman in front of me was experiencing the exact same issue with contactless. The card machines were down and instead of trying to rectify the situation eg restarting the card machines, the angry staff member was shouting ‘I can’t give you food for free!’ A ridiculous response instead of trying to find a solution. I left and went to Connswater branch which had much nicer staff and working card machines. I hope they lost a lot of business that day, dreadful restaurant and I will not be back.
