☆☆☆☆☆ – McDisaster at Its Finest!
In 35 years of going to McDonald's this is the worst.
If you’re looking for a place to experience the thrill of waiting nearly an hour for disappointment, look no further! After 50 minutes of eagerly anticipating our fast food (which at this point should just be called “eventually food”), our order arrived—wrong, cold, and with all the enthusiasm of a tax return form.
My son wanted a plain burger. What he got was the exact opposite of plain—every topping they could find, possibly including ones that don’t even belong on a burger. By the time we scraped off the extras, he had lost both his appetite and faith in humanity.
When we asked about the delay, the staff shrugged and said they were short-staffed. I assume the missing staff were the ones who knew how to cook food and get orders right.
So if you fancy a McLukewarm meal, served with a side of indifference, then this is the place for you! Otherwise, you might be better off hunting and gathering your own meal—it would probably be quicker.
Would I return? Only if they promise to rename it "McMaybe-You'll-Get-Fed."

So it was around quarter to eleven last night and me and my boyfriend had just came in for a quick snack as we were heading home from my parents house. My boyfriend ordered a Big Mac without cheese and I had a quarter pounder burger with extra cheese, me and my boyfriend also got a chocolate milkshake and a cappuccino. I ordered at the desk as I only had cash with me and the staff members were nothing but rude, after she handed handed me my cash I heard her making a racist comment to her coworker about my boyfriend who is of colour, I called her out for it obviously and she denied it. As we left I was so shocked by what I had just heard. As we got into the car we checked the food for the fries to be cold and half out the box, my boyfriend’s cappuccino cold too and and my Quarter pounder to have no cheese either. As we went back to complain, they said basically told us that it wasn’t their fault and where to go. Will 100% not be coming back...

Placed an order that ended up being wrong, so I went to the till to get it sorted. There was a long queue, but what made it worse was the staff member at the till ignoring everyone while helping a customer place an order on their phone – something that could’ve been done in under 5 minutes on the till. Instead, this dragged on for 30 minutes.
People behind me gave up and left. I eventually just sat down with the incorrect order out of sheer frustration. When the staff member finally finished helping the customer on their phone, she just walked away from the till. The next person stepped forward to order... and stood there for another 20 minutes with staff just walking past like customers didn’t exist.
It honestly felt like customer service is either not a priority here – or they just don’t care enough to bother offering it at all.
This location is hands-down one of the worst ideas anyone’s ever had. Avoid...
