Great little coffee shop right beside the waterworks.

Excellent coffee selection and great sausage rolls.

If you go in on a Friday they have loafs of sourdough bread and focaccia for sale.

Also has a selection of mini shortbread cakes and sweet treats.

Mexican coffee is great and the owner Alan is lovely.

Cannot fault it and it has a nice little seating area outside to chill out for a bit . Great for the odd nice days we get in Belfast.

Having this place on my doorstep is a blessing, Alan is an absolute gentleman who always has a smile on his face and time for a chat. The coffee is delightful and I’m quite fond of a white hot chocolate too! From what I’ve had of the tray bakes they knock it out of the park, it’s a shame I’ve to show some restraint because they all look so delicious, truely a star in the North...
