appreciate your refund and help ... my complete TOTAL cost of my order including delivery and service fees ...shop have been £15.02.... with my 11pound refund from driver and your kind refund of 7.49... I had total of 39.06 taken out of my account .... I am more than happy to pop review on this company's page before end of tonight so other people do not fall for this and at the end of the day...I have STILL PAYED 20.57.. IN TOTAL... FOR A MEAL THAT IS SOLID....VILE AND TOTALLY UNEDIBLE....which also is not the correct total I should have paid as they have since changed the 3.99 buy one get one free pizza price... to 4.99... this is outrageous... they are doing what they want and making your professional company look terrible atm... I am heading to put a review on their company page as I am furious I have not had more compensation from THEM and an apology for the awful food that I wouldn't even normally feed to my dog ... ( I have kept so I can also send video if required to actually show them amd see if they would pay 39.06 for the and actually sit and eat it themselves!!!!! Unless they compensate my 20.57 ...i WILL stop anymore people receiving this awful food and being charged whatever they decide on the night.....awaiting their (unhopful) reply Many thanks...

I would say it's worth £4-5, wouldn't pay any more for it.
I would say the naan was quite delicious and crispy and the atmosphere was also nice and friendly.
However the table we had to sit on had what looked like graffiti on it since the rest of the tables were either occupied with other customers or had been left messy with dirty plates - it just ruined the otherwise professional feel.
Anyways most likely I will not be...

In my experience, this place is alive with warm hearted spirits - sometimes a bit too loud - always smiling and welcoming. Local residents, these days mostly unfriendly looking second and third generation Kashmiris could learn much from the etiquette of Al-Aruba customers who mostly seem and sound like newish arrivals from the Levant, Middle East, and North and East Africa. Atmospheric, cheap food and drink, but slightly inconsistent when the main man is not behind...
