Dixy Chicken — Restaurant in Birmingham

Should have a zero star option. Been ordering from this place on a number of occasions, I can't remember one occasion where they have managed to get order right. Previously ordered chicken meal, fries delivered no chicken, rang shop, I was told to come down and pick it up even though we had already paid delivery and service charges. On this occasion ordered 8 wings meal with chicken bites, received 3 pieces of chicken and chicken bites which were undercooked and disgusting. Also received mini burger with mayo which we didn't order. The burger went in the bin due to mayo allergies. Either people can't read properly or just can't be bothered. Hygiene also needs to be looked into...

This is an official takeaway franchise of Dixy's chicken. It is a small shop offering a similar menu as others. I ordered the mega mix chicken burger meal (a double fried chicken burger with fries and a drink). I enjoyed the burger however it was not as crispy as other Dixy's chicken franchisees, hence the four star rating. The fries were standardly delicious. The pepsi drink was diluted but still enjoyable. The seating was comfortable considering it is intended as a takeaway shop. The temperature of the shop was cold and uncomfortable during the wait for the food. Overall, a very very standard experience. I would go again but wrap up...

We had a order and tha guy taking the order starting shoutinh at us and said dont order if u dont know we said ok and carried on with our order when we were talking he said ok bye so we phoned again and said can we talk to the manager and he said I'm the manager and I said i wanna talk to the boss an md he said I'm also the boss and took the call of he gave no apology and said if u dont want the food dont have it and the fries were only half a packet and looked like someone had eaten half and when the food came I asked the person was the guy that took the order the manager he said no and he said he also was...
