Pizza Rapido — Restaurant in Birmingham

My favourite pizza place, good selection & good offers, although can sometimes be a bit too spicy & delivery times are almost always an hour....03/01/19 this was the second time I ordered for delivery, the first time 45 minutes over the 1 hour delivery time, I stayed quite.. Second time 1 hour 15.minutes over 50 minutes delivery time!...i complained and got told that it says 1hour 20 on my slip? So. I asked you said 50 minutes so I don't care what you wrote on the slip... Apparently my family and myself are all. Liars... I double checked my call records and guess what I was right... Even with the 1hour 20 minutes delivery time it was still way way over that... In the end I was told to not order pizza from there as I always complain? That means if you complain once that's always... That is there attitude to customer service..... Sorry did I say customer service?...

Been a customer for over 30 years, never let me down, sometimes the taste can be different but this can be down to who is making the pizza's but generally the taste and quality are consistent. It's not easy to maintain that level of quality when your shop is always busy but hats off to Pizza Rapido they do well to keep standard during busy time, and all those complaining about waiting 2 hours what do you expect if they are busy? They do tell you if delivery is going to be longer than expected, you have the option of collecting yourself which I do when they are extremely busy and I have never had to wait more than 20mins for a...

Pizza rapid is my go to pizza place. I have been going here for years on end and I always get the tandoori chicken delight. The problem is that i've noticied in recent times theyre quite inconsistent, recently its not been that great.

The saying goes, consistency is key.

its as clear as night and day whether they were on their A game or not. Proof is in the taste.

I am unable to reccomend them others on the basis they will receive a sub par version and that would be embarrasing for me.
