Very rude staff, I came with my family 6 people, I ordered hot milk, they told me, with the insolent word "we don't have hot milk, we can't serve it to you" , imagine a restaurant where they can't make hot milk at breakfast, plus in the toilets, they don't even have something to dry our hands when I asked, they said: we don't we don't have. They have no experience with customer contact You can see how they responded to my review without apologizing for hearing thisā¦.
