This place is disgusting and my experience of ordering from here was horrible.

I ordered ice cream and a couple of milkshakes (off of their extremely lacklustre menu) for me and my girlfriend. Not only did the driver turn up to my road late, he just sat there for 15 minutes whilst not making any attempt to contact me. And I couldn’t run downstairs to grab the food as I recently tore a muscle in my leg playing sports and I live on the top floor, so going downstairs to collect the food was not an option. However this should not be a problem as Uber specifically has an option for the Uber driver to leave the food directly at your door.

So I called the restaurant to find out why the driver was just sitting there and I was met with the most embarrassing attempt at good customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. The worker in question was rude and clearly had no intention of trying to help me at all. And just kept telling me to go and get the food, although I had made clear several times that I could not. He then swore at me and hung up.

I am appalled. This place should be shut down.

No stars. Very bad customer service I firstly ordered a biscoff milk cake which i firsted asked if they have and a double chocolate cookiedoe and a Ferrero rocher Milkshake. Upon delivery received a biscoff milkshake instead of milk cake when I clearly stated I want a milk cake. The milkshakes are appalling too much Ice-cream and tasted bitter. I received my money back for the milkshakes which was good however they stated there was no salt in them milkshakes and that I was the first customer to complain about this. First I ordered a milk cake which later after ordering you told me you don't have. I don't need to know if I'm the first or 10th customer complaining and that no salt was in the milkshakes. Insinuating that I'm lying about...

Lovely lil shop full of delights for the family went in a few days ago with the children & ordered a waffle & ice cream 🧇 for the kids just to try them out soon as I got home family also tried it out & loved it they really enjoyed the ice cream the customer service at this place is awesome I was met by a friendly couple who even offered me a 25% discount god bless them I will definitely be going back also the desi tea is lovely thank-you guys for making my day...
