Registration is there for anyone that wants to see, these 2 jokers turned up to the site to drop off a kfc, drove down the drive, then reversed back, sat there for 10 mins with the hazards on; then finally drove down to the door and delivered less than a quarter of the order. Car stunk of marijuana, couldn't eat the food that they had actually left as it stunk of cannabis. Will be reporting this to the kfc manager in the morning when the restaurant is open. Guy was built like a stick so was obviously hungry but stealing other peoples food, god help him if I see him in his Seat.

Very poor staff member stopped halfway through serving me a walked off another took over without any explanation. Today they had no hot drinks, fruit shoots or desserts. When I asked why I was given no explanation. The restaurant was unclean and some of the seats were damaged. Food was otherwise good but the overall experience was poor.

Ordered a trilogy box meal, mini filler burger and dipped bites. I Got a side order of rice, a zinger burger, fries, mini popcorn chicken, 2 mini fillets (not mini fillet burgers. So ultimately I paid more for less.

Absolutely disgusting discrimination against kids. They need to be sorted over this. My 15 Yr old well behaved daughter and her boyfriend were dropped there by me for a mini date.. They were told to take their order and leave. You are absolutely disgusting I understand there are bad teenagers too but deal with them. Do not tarnish them all with the same brush you're as good as racist. How dare you take their money then expect them to eat outside who the hell do you think you are!!! And on top of that you have miserable staff who can't even get the orders right. I live in Cotteridge and for yrs I'd travel to Northfield or Longbridge for a KFC, so when I heard you were opening local I was excited ... I will NEVER EVER use your store again I have 7 well behaved children ranging from 12-23 and you turn them all away. My older ones have youthful looks but they're grown ups who have better jobs than the morons in your dirty shop telling them to leave. I hope you get shut down I'm writing to HR about you...

the manager didnt allow us to eat inside as he only say we ordered take out. when there is no eat inside option when buying it. we told him and he said i dont care.

i believe this is racially motivated as we are all black and i feel degraded.

we tried to order again and he said to them dont let him order food for no reason at all. the kfc was empty and they refused to serve us any food.

he is the manager. tall asian.

he physically chased other black students out the kfc for also ordering take out and eating in.

there was other white girls who ordered take out and he didnt say anything to them.

i have again been racially profiled and i feel uncomfortable in this kfc.

now they are refusing to serve us .

the reason for us not ordering eat in is because there are no eat in tags/numbers at all so was impossible to order it. we have been doing...

Hot wings have a different coating with little flavour and the texture is very powdery compared to a few years ago. It's no where near as good now. The gravy has changed too, gone is the dark brown meaty goodness and replaced with light brown, barely meaty, possibly vegetable stuff... not good. I understand that fast food restaurants are under pressure to make their food more healthy but if I wanted something healthy I would of cooked at home. Sometimes I want an unhealthy treat, KFC will never be actually healthy so why bother ruining it by trying? It's not like you should or could eat it every day. It would be better to issue everyone with KFC ration cards, 1 KFC a month per person.... but keep it full of the bad stuff I actually want... if people can't be trusted to eat themselves...
