We went for breakfast, very tasty 😋😋 This venue is situated not far from the fort shopping centre. Nice and clean and large enough to accommodate 100s of guests. Little children's play area and outside seating... Under the Greenking umbrella the food was very good quality, perfectly cooked and plentiful.. The manager Adam had everything in hand and with the help of Leah everything went off without a hitch. Photos show beautifully presented freshly cooked food deck and we didn't wait for anything. The toast is cooked for you and put in the trays to help yourself, again very tasty, farmhouse style Bread. Not the fault of the staff but company policy .... There were no plates to put toast on... Adam did give us a couple of undersized plates but said the company had removed the small plates as some unscrupulous customers were using them as free children's sized breakfasts A small recommendation... I only drink icy water with my food as a rule and the staff were happy to refill my glass but this meant queuing at the bar for this... Maybe a water jar or faucet would be good for customers like me to save disturbing busy staff. All in all a very enjoyable breakfast in clean comfortable surrounding, friendly staff and cooked to perfection. I Would highly recommend trying this buffet breakfast for yourselves eat what you want for £7 and plus £2 for unlimited tea or coffee P.s...they also accept the blue light card for a discount... We went on Saturday and some other pub chains don't accept discounts on the weekend... Well done Greenking... Very pleased all round 👍

First time here and I can say I was rather impressed. Great welcome and service from friendly staff in a clean and homely setting, lots of parking available too. Great range of drinks available at the bar... But I wasn't best pleased with the IPA on draught, flat and horrible. That being said, staff were happy to change this for us. The food was great, typical carvery being stingy with the meat - which I've learned to expect. One thing made this carvery stand out from others I've been to and that was ... SEASONING, I almost rang the bells to tell everyone. Food tasted great, even the roast spuds were seasoned with herbs. The gravy was immense, not just; bisto, water and hope. Very flavoursome. Only disappointing aspect was the giant Yorkshire pudding... Very doughy, my crispy at all - which was a shame. But overall a very good meal with a broad range of veg, other than peas and carrots. Didn't have room for dessert, but the range of looked amazing. I'll be going back to try that out. Very pleased.

First time back since Covid, it felt safe & was very clean with plenty of hand sanitizer's, all Staff we're waring visor's. Plenty of questions & answers on entry to let you no on how & what to do. Used the app ( save some time do it before you go) really easy to use, service was really quick, we had carvery & dessert which was really good & plenty! It was very busy but not to the point you would be put off & as I said before the service was really quick. At the carvery section the food was screened of & you was served by just pointing out what you wanted this DID NOT mean you got less it was plenty enough! So a Big well done to all members of staff to make this happen... Cheers đŸ»đŸ™‚

Where to start... Shocking!!! When we arrived were told that there was 2 of the 3 carvery meats running short, and when ordering was advised to collect the carvery before the rest of the meals arrive incase they run out of meat. So we couldn't eat together. Then the food order came out wrong for not They tried to give us the meal, but couldn't tell me how the steak was cooked. It had items which we had asked to be removed- turns out it was someone else's meal. The second meal had items which we asked not to be included in the meal. The waitress took both back to the kitchen to change. And then came back with our meals. The steak was cold, there were still items which were not wanted on the plate, clearly just tried to scrape them off, very poor attempt. The 3rd meal still hadn't arrived. When speaking to the waitress, she was rude and unprofessional. We asked for the manager. Leah The response from the manger was, you were a late booking and I should have cancelled your booking. Its been busy. After complaining and explaining our issue. 3 meals arrived for our friends who ordered after us who sitting next to us. Leah went away to get a note pad to write down our order as she couldn't remember it. Our 3rd meal arrived, guess what. Its wrong more items which we asked to be removed.

Our worst experience at eating at any Manor farm restaurant. If I could leave zero stars for the review i would but it would be a...
