Read the negative reviews on here and just eat which I found quite negative and untrue.

I ordered the Large Doner Kebab with fries for me and my husband and the doner kebab was so hot in temperature and perfectly seasoned we weren’t able to find a kebab place this decent but I’m glad I didn’t believe the reviews and ordered off of here! I’d say give this place a go! The food is decent and you deffo got our custom. 10/10 guys. Mashallah. I saw the reviews about the doner kebab being spicy that you can’t eat it I was a bit reluctant about whether to cancel it I do love my spices not to the point it’s not edible spice but this Doner had none whatsoever it was legit the best. I’m from Kent and the Doner kebab meat is so different from Birminghams but this one came quite close to how it is in Kent. Other places I’ve tried are jank.. I recently visited Preg Pizza on Slade Road, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The food didn't meet my expectations in terms of taste and quality. However, what was more concerning was the apparent lack of attention to hygiene and health safety protocols.

During my visit, I observed staff handling food with bare hands, which raised significant concerns about the cleanliness of the food preparation process. Moreover, the overall kitchen hygiene seemed to be compromised, which could potentially impact the safety of the food being served.

Given these observations, I would advise potential customers to exercise caution when dining at Preg Pizza on Slade Road. Until they address these critical issues, I wouldn't recommend visiting this establishment.

I've used them for a while due to high quality food, but the last few times they've delivered things that are incorrect from my order, including today. Also today their delivery driver was so busy (or lacking in understanding of customer service standards) he would not get out of his vehicle to come to my door until I opened the door first (making me wait in the cold for him) even though he had already called me 30 seconds beforehand to confirm I am ready to answer my door. I answered the call, that should bring him to the door, I should not have to open the door and stand waiting for him to get out his car.

When he came to the door and I challenged him on not getting out of his car to deliver my order. His response was to be annoyed and tell me I was making him late for his next order. If you get out your car and go to the door, after people answer the call, you'd prob not be so late for all...
