Stockland Cafe — Restaurant in Birmingham

I go here more out of convenience than anything. Its okay, but not somewhere I'd recommend to anyone I know.

The food is really inconsistent, with different people cooking on different days. They might be understaffed as they sometimes have serving/delivery staff cooking the food. They've burnt my omelette a few times and will forget how many items I've ordered etc.

They're great when it comes to recrifying those things though. Staff never complain and always sort the issues out immediately.

When done right, their food is tasty and filling - I live for those mornings!!

They can be inconsistent with closing times so there have been a few times I've been there, and they've closed early.

Staff are friendly and try really hard. There food is cheap so I'll continue to go there, especially during these testing times.

Nasty, horrible, aggressive owner of this cafe, who decided to shout at me in front of his customers and other people who were on the road because I had parked on the side road and apparently I was causing him not to be able to run his business. 'Yo oi, how do you expect me to run my business man?" arms waving in the air, he was coming at me as I was walking past on the road. He is the tall black man, wearing all black clothing. I asked him not to shout at me and if I made a mistake I would move my car. To be clear, I did not park in front of his cafe, I did not park in front of his car, so he wasn't blocked in. I simply parked on a side road in front of a raised curb. No way was my car causing him any inconvenience. "man I get this every 30 mins"...thats all he could muster. He certainly lacks any intelligence to apologise to me after I had moved my car, all I got was a shrugged of his shoulders. We get told to support our local businesses, but this is one local business I would not think...

I regularly go in the stockland cafe I find the food to be really nice I always have a best sandwich on toast well done bacon and I'm always satisfied the staff there are polite and its clean I recommend it to anyone. The only reason I gave 4 stars is my sausage is never hot so obviously its pre cooked and kept to warm but just heat it up is my only complaint but I go there time and time because it is lovely cooked food clean friendly place. I stand corrected just been there and was 10/10 so my 4stars are now 5 well done keep it up!!!...
