Very dissatisfied and very disappointed, I always come to this subway since I was a little girl and I live around the corner but the customer service is shocking (except from the short older lady in a hijab/headscarf) I usually come in every week and order my usual and not only does the price difference always change (even though I have the exact same order every single time) but when I did decide today so switch it up a bit, the younger lady made my sub wrong, and after I said “I’m sorry is that mine ?” (Because that’s not what I ordered) she said “yes this is yours, this is what you ordered” when I didn’t… so I politely said “sorry no that’s not what I ordered” (and then pointed to what I ordered and said the sub order at the same time like I did the first time around) she said “I said “mozzarella” and you said “yes” “ when that didn’t even come out my mouth, she then rudely threw the incorrect sub in the microwave, spoke to her colleagues in her language and walked off, after about 5 min I was served again, changed my sun to make it easier for them and it tasted horrible.. ended up taking 2 bites and binning it.
This isn’t even the first time they’ve made my subs wrong and have blamed it on me, a few weeks ago I asked for “mayo” and the guy put garlic mayo on, I politely said “I didn’t say garlic mayo, I said mayo” then him and the lady who made my sub wrong today who was their on that shift when he put the wrong mayo on, told me “I heard what you said, you said garlic mayo” when I didn’t, I don’t even like garlic mayo and have never had it on my sub ever.
Let alone the fact that the merychef was broken for about 3 weeks so all the subs had to be warmed up in a microwave, making it so soggy and not worth the money
I’m getting really sick and tired of this subways lack of customer service and decent manners, if you make something wrong, apologise and fix it, don’t blame the customer who didn’t ask for it and was being polite when they corrected you
it’s a shame because this subway is convenient for me because it’s so close to my house, it’s not too expensive and can be healthy if you make it but the lack of manners from most of the workers there is beyond me.

Read moreWent to subway yesterday and ordered 3 subs...all the same...l asked for the meal deal with the extra pop and cookies and was told l could only have bottled water or pop in a cup with the meal deal...it said any pop on the sign...what a waste of time that was...so l opted to stay with just the 3 subs..and no extras... When l came to pay...l had a 30% discount voucher on my app....but still the cashier couldn't take it off my bill.. What a load of rubbish...no discount code used...no blue light used and no nhs discount used ...every other subways except this one on marsh Lane takes some form of discount....when l explained this to the cashier she was very rude to me and said she couldn't override this...l ask to speak to her manager and she said he's not in...she had no effective communication skills at all..no customer skills...l would of not brought these subs at this point but l was buying them for my garage friend's as a goodwill gesture...
I left that shop very disappointed and again realised that l will not be going there again..

Shocking attitude. Asking for a bag was like asking for the world. Staff struggled to understand English and people of differing ethnicities were treated differently. I asked for more red onion and was told they have no more.
Using any voucher seems like it requires a PhD. They were very reluctant and rude about explaining the use of vouchers.
Also, after waiting 5 to 10 mins whilst they were sorting out online orders the guy became aggressive when he tried to serve someone else before me - part of the preferential treatment experience.
On a positive, one of the staff (out of three) were professional. Also, it should've noted that they were extremely busy, however, as a customer that should not become my issue.
There is no excuse for rudeness, disrespect and preferential treatment...
