Awful, awful experience, first they didn't take vouchers, even though all other burger king services do, they said it was due to them being a franchise. Second, they didn't have any toys for the kids meal, worst of all they didn't even inform me, and I had to find out from the child who was looking forward to her surprise. I noticed and complained. I got an ice cream, but that didn't really make up for it. Third, I've attached photos showing my "Super size" fries compared to "regular" fries and another one of a super size drink. By this time I was too frustrated to complain again having already been knocked back for a voucher and not being told there were no toys, I feel that any further conversations with the staff would be littered with expletives.
My advice, do not visit this burger king in any circumstances. The service station it's located in has a food hall with many other options. They are probably all as expensive as the fiasco of a meal that I had, but I can't really see any of them offering a worse experience...

On top of that, this location doesn’t accept any offers or app orders, which feels unfair when you’re already paying a premium. As a regular BK customer, I expect consistency across locations, but this place clearly takes advantage of people stopping at the motorway services with no other nearby options.
I understand prices can vary slightly, but the lack of transparency and refusal to honour standard promotions leaves a really bad impression. Definitely won’t be returning to this branch unless...
Read moreThe bread was stale. I ordered 2 burgers and both buns were dry and old - not musty or gone off - just not fresh tasting at all. Dry and lost any semblance of squishy springiness.
The ordering process felt de humanised - a forward defence of huge kiosk screens seems to be positioned in a way that indicated / felt they DID NOT want human contact. Must.Order.From.Robot.
Human interaction involved a man shouting numbers at people. I collected my order from him. It was quick and efficient though - but at this branch at least, the magic has died imho.
I would have complained about the burger bun and undoubtedly had it resolved but I was so disengaged from the brand at this point I was put off from interfacing further.
I used to love Burger...
