Poppys — Restaurant in Blaby

We tried Poppy's on the off chance when it opened... So pleased we did! Their chicken Tikka pannini with mint yogurt is to die for, I'm completely addicted! They do lots of veggie things too, which pleased my other half. Their Lasagne that you can have cold to take home and re-heat when wanted are lovely and they have meat and veggie ones too. The range of food is good, it's very good quality homemade food and prices are very reasonable. I would recommend Poppy's wholeheartedly, it's a little gem and such a great find in this world of machine...

Poppy's provided a buffet for our Mum's Funeral Reception. It was a fabulous spread catering for everyone including vegans and vegetarians. Everything was delicious! It's very hard to gauge numbers for a funeral but what was left at the end could all be taken home and either eaten later or frozen. Can't thank Sarah and Tony enough for providing the food, delivering and laying it out. I only wish I had taken pictures....

What a great find!!! Needed a quick and filling breakfast before a long journey and we got exactly that along with great value and excellent service with a smile!
