I recently visited here; a Pakistani gem nestled in the heart of Bolton. The menu is a celebration of Pakistani cuisine at its finest, boasting a diverse array of traditional dishes that pay homage to the rich culinary heritage of the region. Each dish is crafted with care and authenticity, delivering flavours that are as bold and comforting as a home-cooked meal in Pakistan.

One standout dish that captured my taste buds was the succulent Chicken Biryani, fragrant with spices and adorned with tender pieces of chicken. The rice was perfectly cooked and infused with layers of flavours, making each bite a symphony of taste sensations.

But perhaps what sets it apart is the warm hospitality of the owner and staff. Their passion for Pakistani cuisine shines through in every dish they serve, and their genuine care for their patrons is evident from the moment you walk in.

If you're craving authentic Pakistani flavours in Bolton, look no further than Butt Karahi. With its delectable cuisine, welcoming atmosphere, and exceptional service, it's sure to become a favourite destination for anyone who appreciates the art of...

First time visiting & honestly, the food was amazing! We ordered 1/2 kg lamb shinwari karahi, seekh kebabs, chips, drink & had kheer at the end for dessert. They started with the seekh kebabs which came with some sauces & salad, super tasty, really soft, juicy & perfectly cooked. Then came the lamb karahi… and wow, the portion was way more than I expected for half kg! They even asked us how spicy we wanted it, and they got it just right. It was fresh, full of flavour & went perfectly with the hot tandoori naan and roti. The kheer at the end was delicious, so creamy & just the right amount of sweetness 😋 Service was spot on too! There was a lovely lady serving us, she was really professional & friendly. No issues at all. The bill was just £30.50. Toilet is upstairs & there’s parking at the back street, just behind Butt Karahi. Overall, we were really happy with the food & the service. Definitely...

Visited Butt Karahi in Bolton for lunch. It has the classic Pakistani style restaurant/ 'hotel' vibe. This venue caters primarily for home style Pakistani cuisine and may not have the most aesthetically pleasing decor but focuses more on authentic tastes, which are excellent. We ordered chicken karahi, half kilo (on the bone), maash daal, a couple of seekh kebabs (chicken), we also had three naan a couple of rotis, a desi cup of tea and to take out we got a portion of kheer and ghur chawal. We went as a family of four, the proprietor was very hospitable and the food was fantastic. We parked round the back of the shop under the guidance of the owner, there is an Asda car park virtually next to the shop as well. Total cost was £38 and we all ate well.

I recently visited the local restaurant, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm and friendly smiles from the staff. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting. The menu offered a variety of options, from classic dishes to unique specialties. I decided to try their signature dish BUTT karahi , and it did not disappoint. The flavors were perfectly balanced and the presentation was impeccable. Not to mention, the portion sizes were generous. The service was exceptional, with the waitstaff being attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. Overall, I had a wonderful dining experience and would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a delicious meal and excellent service.
