Armstrongs Bakers — Restaurant in Bolton

Visited for the first time today with my partner. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I had a tuna salad barm and my partner had a ham salad barm. Both were fresh and tasted so good. By far the best barm I have had in a long time! My partner also had a minted lamb pie and he wanted more! We also got two lotus biscoff cakes for the kids, which went down a treat with them. This is my dad's favourite Pie shop and today I purchased for him the last one he will eat. They kept it on order for me from me ringing them this morning and didn't let my dad down. My mum was a regular at this fab pie shop for years. Sadly we lost her age 92 in 2020 but I travel from Preston time to time and buy their pies cold and freeze them so I can still have a nostalgic lunch which was a most enjoyable thing me and my mum did together.
